Shipping Information

It usually takes 24-48 hours to process the order.We open Monday to Friday. We use US Post Office First Class Mail service. Domestic package usually takes 2-9 days for deliver. International package may take up to few weeks depend on country.

Terms and conditions:


There is 10% restocking fee for any return item.You must first email us at info@saleandbargain.com to let us know which item you are returning and provide us a tracking or delivery confirmation number of your return package. You will then be given a return confirmation # of this return.

In your return package, please include your receipt containing the order number, indicate which item(s) you're returning.

You can return items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in original condition, no cut. No returns can be accepted after 15 days. The original shipping charge is not refundable. We will credit you in the same manner in which you paid for the purchase. Please allow up to three weeks upon receipt of the returned merchandise and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

All returns must be sent back by a traceable carrier and email us the tracking # of your return. You may send it via UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation to the addresses listed below.


All cancellation,we charge 10% processing fee of your purchase for payment processing fee that have occurred during your purchase.

We usually process order in timely manner.If you change your mind on the purchase,please send us notice as soon as you can.Once we ship out the package,we can not cancel the order unless for return or exchange.

A:We will inform you by e-mail to keep you up-to-date. You will receive a UPS tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number once it is being shipped.

Q:What happened if an item is sold out or short of yardage?

A:Sometimes an item you've ordered is out of stock or short of yardage. Our customer service representative will inform you by e-mail if any items in your order proof to be unavailable. Therefore, please contact us asap if you would like to substitute for another item(s). We will ship out the rest of the items in your order unless we have received your request to substitute for individual item(s) in your order. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped out.

Q:Do you offer free shipping?

A:Yes,we do offer free shipping on most of our items for order above $75.00 US shipping within U.S., except fabrics in roll and selected heavy fabrics.
